ARC Europe SA (hereinafter “ARC Europe”), is committed to protecting your privacy and thus your personal data. This means that one our priority is to process your personal data with the utmost care in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”) and the national law applicable in this area, the law on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data of 30 July 2018. As a result, we would like to provide you with as much information as possible via this “Privacy Notice”. Collected personal data: Data relating to navigation on website: time stamps, IP addresses, cookies (see above), access times and referring Web site addresses. 

Legal basis: This processing activity is based on ARC Europe’s legitimate interest. Without collecting this data, the navigation on the website is not possible. These personal data are used by ARC Europe for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ARC Europe Web site. 

 

Origin of the data: Your personal data are directly collected from you.

Data retention period: 6 months after their collection. Cookies are stored in accordance with Cookies first policy.

Collected personal data: Name, First name, email, professional function, phone number, frontside of your identity card.

Origin of the data: Your personal data are directly collected from you.

Legal basis: This processing activity is based on your consent. By contacting ARC Europe via its webform or email, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the handling of your requests and/or questions in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Data retention period: 10 years after the contact. The frontside of the ID card is deleted immediately after its use.

 

Your rights as Data Subject

 

The GDPR gives you rights that allow you control over your personal data. The exercise of those rights is in principle free of charge. ARC Europe will act on your request within one month of the receipt of this request.

You have the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. 

To do so, you must send an email to dpo@arceurope.com including a copy of the frontside of your identity card. Please note that in order to exercise your rights, and to prevent any unlawful disclosure of your personal data, we need to verify your identity.
